Bathroom Installation

Bathroom installation is the coordinated fitting of sanitaryware, furniture, brassware and finishes within a prepared bathroom space.

Installation can include baths, showers, basins, toilets, fitted furniture and accessories, with plumbing and electrical connections completed by the appropriate trades.

The room must be ready for the chosen products. Pipe positions, wall build-ups, floor levels and waterproofed areas should match the specification before final items are fitted.

In an Edinburgh bathroom, irregular walls and concealed older services can require adjustment during preparation. Installation is distinct from the full renovation, which may also include demolition, structural repair and major layout changes.
